As a follower of Jesus it’s important to not suffer from short term memory. The early church had just experienced the most amazing connection between God and man in the history of the world, and its leaders didn’t want anyone to forget about it. They wrote each other time after time reminding them that no matter WHAT or WHO you are comparing Jesus too, Jesus is still always the best. Knowing that Jesus is the greatest can get us through even the toughest parts of our journey.
